Today is technically the last day of school since there is no class for 1st period lecture class and Chemistry is done. The last thing to do for today is to take my calculus final>.<

Today is the first day of the last week of USF Upward Bound... i have happy feelings and sad ones too.. Some things that i'm happy when the summer program is over is that ill will have free time to relax and to do other stuff that i like to do. Some stuff that I like to do around my freetime are sports, art, hanging out with my friend and also having some time to myself. I'll also have time to hang out with my little baby brother.=)

Today after school i ran back to the dorms to get my bike to go to volunteering at CPMC (Califorina Pacific Medical Center). when i got there i was happy and ready for volunteering. When i got to the voluteer center, I checked in with the voluteer cordinator name Akkiko. After signing in, i went of the my department that i work at which is the sterilization. I opened the door, walked in and for got to wear a head net. It was quite busy in there and i notice two people have not seen before and they looked at me and said."hair net." I was so embrassed that i forgot that and was i even worse was that she was the head hanco>.< >Non - Sharp objects that are used for surjury although i to cut some stuff.

This was on of the best event that took place this summer!! I loved it so much although i did run out of time to find a Montana Upward Bound student to sit next to T-T so sad. BUT I did eventually got to sit next to one=) But the sad thing was that it seemed like he wasn't to interested and hyped like i was='( but i understand he probably had a long day and other stuff. I GOT TO PERFORM!!!!!!!! I sang and showed ALOT of emotion as people said-_-" I was really exciting!!! when our group(Adolfo's caseload)

i got an "A" for chemistry and a "B+" in Calculus <----really good compare to my other tested which are C's and D's.

The museum was fun, but personally i thought that the old one was better. The new museum features many new upgraded stuff. For example, when the class got there i couldn't stop staring at the building from top to bottom because the architectural design. The walls were made of glass and the roof glass were all so made out of glass but in planted in the middle was a solar panel like the picture to the left
<---------- After lining and waiting for the group that is coming by car pooling, we finally enter the new re-designed California Academy of Sciences=) We walked in with a staff of the museum to the left and there was a bridge that was built over a sharks and stingrays pool. There was some that was incredibly large. Also a cool feature the bridge had was there was a hole cut out in the middle with a cut out circle glass put over it. It was like a window on the floor!! so awesome! And next to that pool was the coral reef!!! It was so beautiful, fill with so many colors. One day i would start my own salt water aquarium=) so far I've only start a fresh water aquarium for a good 3 years. I've owned cradinal tetras, which are small freshwater fish with a blue neon stripe on the the half of the body horizontally and a red one on the bottom half. I also had angel fish, fancy guppies, gouramis, danios, cories, rasboras and others. But anyways back to the museum, we walked down to the bottom floor where it displayed large aquarium of salt water animals. There was a pool were you can touch the starfish and seaweed but the best part was drying your hands after. The museum features this new type of hand dryer which was really futuristic look and a strong jet blast of air.

3 day count down till the trip
Well today came to class and there was four different piles of paper on invertibates. I saw some on starfish, jellyfish, snails but i choose arthropods. I choose arthropods because it seems to be the most interesting to me and the most relating but i tend to like eating them, plus there was a picture of a lobster.
Throughout my life I only thought arthropods stood for shelled animals like crabs, lobster and snails but after reading the package, i learned that there are much more. For example , barnacles, spiders, ticks, and insects are also considered arthropods. Apparently there are around billion of billion living today which is 10 to the 18!

4 days till the greatest field tirp, CALIFORINA

its a scary thing that in a month or two ill be appling to colleges, but is what i have to do

today is a fresh new start of the month
